Alongside the public website, Thimarafushi Council runs an internal portal for staff. It is the digital operations layer for administration: tools and workflows meant for the people who run the council day to day, not for public browsing. Access is locked down so internal work stays internal.

Internal by design

Residents see the public website. Staff open the internal portal. That split keeps island information open while council operations stay controlled and auditable.
