Overview
A full clinic platform for the Neuroendocrine Clinic: registration, consultations, prescriptions, billing, lab, HR, and a Vinavi / Aasandha bridge. Staff use a clinic portal with a workspace for each role. Patients get a separate digital patient portal. Clinical documents include automatic multi-language translation. Staff also get AI assistance for summaries and drafts. Patient data is encrypted at rest, access is role-based, and every action is written to an audit log.

AI assistance
Staff can ask the clinic AI for summaries, medication lists, and draft notes. Before a prompt leaves the clinic, a de-identification step removes patient names, national IDs, phone numbers, addresses, and other direct identifiers, then replaces them with temporary tokens. The external model only sees the cleaned text. High-risk protected health information is blocked from leaving. The AI never receives a raw database dump, cannot click buttons on its own, and high-risk clinical actions stay human-approved. Answers that need names again are re-linked only inside the clinic after the model responds.
Security
Sign-in supports Face ID, fingerprint / passkeys, password, and authenticator or hardware keys. Privileged areas such as Finance, DevOps, and Security require a password session — biometrics do not open admin tools. Sensitive fields are encrypted in the database, roles are enforced on the server, and every action is written to an audit log that cannot be quietly edited.
